@h5 PebbleGo, PebbleGo Next or Capstone Interactive logging out?
If you’re frequently being logged out of PebbleGo, PebbleGo Next, or Capstone Interactive eBooks, please follow the steps below to update your school’s direct access link.
[b]Step 1: [/b]Check your direct link.
* If you are using your original direct access link, it now redirects to our new platform. Some system/browser permissions don’t allow redirects to the new URL.
* If your link contains the word "shell" or "login" as shown in the example below, we recommend updating to the new link. Clever and ClassLink integrations update automatically.
[b]Original Link Example:[/b] https://shell.pebblego.com/
[b]Step 2: [/b] Clear your browser cache prior to updating your sites direct access link.
* To make access easy for your students, PebbleGo stays logged in for the school day. Use “Settings” on your device to clear your browser history of the original link.
[b]Step 3: [/b] Find your new direct link.
* Use your admin credentials to log in to your admin site at: [url=https://app.pebblego.com]https://app.pebblego.com[/url]
* Click on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the page and select "Login Info".
* Press “Copy Link” for the product you want to update.

[b]Step 4: [/b]Paste your new link in your school’s password protected portal. (E.g., Canvas, Seesaw, Google Classroom, etc.)
[b]Step 5: [/b]Test out your updated direct access link to ensure it's working.
