PebbleGo supports several integration options to make logging in easier and, when applicable, to automatically manage users and classes. Depending on your subscription, you can simplify how users access PebbleGo and, if applicable, how student and class data is synced. @image /content/dam/pebblegodev/help-center/login-options.png[900px] @h4 Available Integration Options PebbleGo currently supports the following integrations: * Clever * ClassLink * Google Classroom <div id="sso-clever-integration"></div> @h4 Getting started with Clever Clever is a recommended integration for schools and districts using Clever for application access. What Clever supports: * Single sign-on for students and staff: Students and teachers can easily access PebbleGo either through the PebbleGo app in Clever or by selecting the Sign in with Clever option on the PebbleGo login page. * Automatic role recognition: PebbleGo supports students, teachers, staff, and district admin access. The PebbleGo experience is tailored based upon the users role. * Automated roster and class syncing: PebbleGo connects with Clever's API. User and roster changes will update with no action needed by the school or district. * District-wide management: IT teams can manage access across all schools efficiently with one app. @h6 Clever setup instructions Step 1: Open the PebbleGo District Sign-up URL in Clever. * Note: Clever Admin console access required for the link to work. Step 2: Download the PebbleGo + Clever: Setup Guide for recommended share settings and required data. <div id="sso-classlink-integration"></div> @h4 Getting started with ClassLink ClassLink is a recommended integration for schools and districts using ClassLink for application access. What ClassLink supports: * Single sign-on for students and staff: Students and teachers can easily access PebbleGo through the OAuth application in ClassLink. * Automatic role recognition: PebbleGo supports students, teachers, and administrator access. The PebbleGo experience is tailored based upon the users role. * Automated roster and class syncing: PebbleGo connects with ClassLink's API. User and roster changes will update with no action needed by the school or district. * District-wide management: Centralized access through the ClassLink launchpad. @h6 ClassLink setup instructions Download the PebbleGo + ClassLink: Setup Guide for recommended share settings and required data. <div id="sso-google-classroom-integration"></div> @h4 Getting started with Google Classroom Google Classroom can be used as a login and rostering option. Setup varies based on your subscription package. Google Classroom works best in Google-centric environments and for schools without district-wide SSO tools like Clever or ClassLink. @h5 Google experience by PebbleGo package: PebbleGo Classic: Single Sign-on only using Google accounts Classic setup instructions Please refer to Connecting Capstone Accounts with Google. Once the setup is complete, users can access PebbleGo by clicking the “Sign-in with Google” option on the PebbleGo login page. PebbleGo Premier: Single sign-on using Google accounts & Google Classroom roster sync * Note: Teachers can quickly sync their Google Classrooms in the Creation Tool dashboard to access rosters and activate student accounts. If new students are added during the school year or at the start of a new term, they can re-sync their classes to keep everything up to date. Premier setup instructions If your school or district has purchased PebbleGo Premier and plans to integrate with Google Classroom, our Customer Experience Team will guide you through the setup process. This integration requires a brief configuration on our end using your Google domain for students and teachers, if they are different. There is no setup required on your part. Once complete, your district will have a custom Google login page that provides secure, easy access for both students and teachers. @h4 Shared Username and Password (No Integration) All PebbleGo sites include shared login credentials. What shared login supports: * Basic student and admin access * Immediate use without setup Limitations: * No individual user accounts * No rostering or class management * Limited access to advanced features Shared login remains active even when an integration is enabled and can be used as a backup option. <div id="subscription-requirements"></div> @h4 Subscription Requirements Some PebbleGo features require an integration with rostering. * PebbleGo Classic: Integration is optional but strongly encouraged. * PebbleGo Premier (includes the Creation Tool): Integration with Clever, ClassLink, or Google Classroom is required. <div id="choosing-your-login"></div> @h4 Choosing the Right Integration PebbleGo offers multiple integration options so schools can choose what works best for their existing systems and technology setup. * Clever or ClassLink is the recommended integration option. These systems provide single sign-on with rostering, automatically recognize user roles, and support full functionality across PebbleGo products. Clever and ClassLink are the best choice for districts looking for consistent access, easier management, and long-term scalability. * Google Classroom is a good option for schools that are primarily Google-based and do not use Clever or ClassLink. It supports single sign-on and class-based access managed by teachers. * Shared Username and Password is best for basic use, limited technology setups, or schools without access to SSO tools. It provides quick access with minimal setup, but does not include individual user accounts or rostering and does not support advanced features. No matter where you start, login options can be updated over time as your school’s needs change.
