@image /content/dam/pebblegodev/blog/thumbnail-in-app-guides.png Getting started with a learning platform should feel simple, especially for busy educators balancing classroom time, planning, and student needs. That's why we're excited to introduce a new set of in-app tutorials for PebbleGo. These tutorials are designed to help educators and administrators learn key parts of the platform while they are using it. Instead of searching for help elsewhere, users can now access guided, step-by-step support directly within PebbleGo. @h4 What tutorials are included? Our first set of in-app tutorials include: * Home & Settings Overview * Explore PebbleGo * Explore PebbleGo Next * Explore Capstone Interactive * Use Educator Tools * Find Standards-Aligned Content * Use Games & Question of the Day @image /content/dam/pebblegodev/help-center/take-a-tour.png[800px] pebblego homepage with the take the tour module open All tutorials can be accessed through the Take a Tour module of the in-app Resource Center. @image /content/dam/pebblegodev/help-center/in-app-tutorials-resource%20center.png[800px] pebblego homepage with a hand pointing to the take a tour module @h4 Who can access the tutorials? The tutorials are available to educators and administrators who log in with teacher or admin credentials. * If your school or district is integrated with the PebbleGo app through Clever or ClassLink, all teachers, staff, and administrators can access the tutorials anytime in the Educator Resource Center. * If you are not integrated with Clever or ClassLink, you will need to sign in using your shared teacher or admin username and password. Note: Tutorials are not visible in student accounts. @h4 Why we built this One of the biggest challenges schools face with onboarding is helping staff get comfortable with a platform quickly and confidently. They are especially helpful for: * Teachers getting up to speed quickly * Schools onboarding new staff members * Educators who want a refresher on specific features * Teams looking for support without needing to schedule training @h4 What users can expect The tutorials walk users through important areas of PebbleGo in a clear, simple way. They are built to support learning in the moment, which makes it easier to understand how tools work while navigating the platform. For some topics, we will also include a linked video for added support. Users looking for a deeper dive can launch the Quick Start Guides on our Help Center at the end of each learning module. For those that would like to become a PebbleGo Pro, we encourage you to join our PebbleGo Community and enroll in the free Educator Certification Course which offers our most comprehensive training. @h4 A helpful tool for onboarding These tutorials are a great option for schools that want to make onboarding easier and more consistent. They can help reduce the guesswork for teachers, support day-to-day use, and make it simple for staff to start using PebbleGo with confidence. This is just the beginning. We look forward to continuing to expand and improve in-app support over time. @h4 Ready to explore?
