Habitat

they are safe from predators.

They eat juicy leaves, fruit,
and shoots in the trees.
Sloths get the water
they need by eating leaves.

Life Cycle

Once a year, female sloths
give birth to one baby.
The baby clings to its mother
until it is 9 months old.
Then the baby is on its own.
Sloths can live for
more than 10 years.
